Small Pizza Ovens for Compact Spaces
The 24″ Rustico is ideal for smaller patios and intimate outdoor kitchens. While the Napoli ovens feature thicker construction; add approximately 20″ to the interior measurement to determine exterior footprint of a Napoli.
Large Statement Ovens
For luxury estates and expansive outdoor kitchens, 40″ and larger ovens like the Firenze, Napoli, or Vesuvio styles create a dramatic focal point. Albeit, any of our ovens is a great conversation starter at any gathering.
Outdoor Installations
All ovens are engineered for outdoor use, making them ideal for Florida environments, including Tampa and Miami coastal conditions. Simultaneously, that can withstand harsh winters in our northern states too. They are truly built to last in any outdoor environment.
All models may be installed indoors with proper clearances and compliance with local municipal building codes. Above all, safety is first. That is why we use only the best modern insulation in all of our ovens.
Commercial Pizza Ovens
Our Rustico, Napoli, and Vesuvio models can be upgraded for commercial use, thus meeting the daily performance demands of restaurants and mobile food operations. As a matter of fact, our insulation is the best in the market. Thus, our ovens have shorter warm up times and keeps it to temperature until you are done with your day.
Hybrid Wood & Gas Options
While traditionally wood-fired, our ovens can be configured for propane or natural gas functionality. And hybrid systems offer flexibility without sacrificing authentic performance. While the initial curing needs to be done with wood, additional firing can be with gas only. To clarify, you can use wood only, wood and gas at the same time, or gas only.
