This Return Policy describes how we handle returns when you use our website or app and services for purchases.

Because our ovens, bases and stands, and kitchen frames are custom made to order, we are prevented from accepting returns.  If you have not taken delivery but have paid in full and then decide you no longer want or need it, we could try to help you re-sell it through our website and social platforms.  But there is no guarantee we would be able to do so, because it is custom made to your size, colors and style. 

The only time we honor returns is if they are damaged in shipping and you have followed the directions therein. However, returning the damaged item will require us to rebuild and re-ship the items(s) to you again.
