Once we receive your order, we will follow up for your deposit which will include 100% of the burner price because it will ship direct to you from the Italian distributor located in the U.S. and 50% of the rest of the order. The oven can take between 8-12 weeks depending on production load to delivery. Your tile color choice will be needed about 2 weeks after your deposit and any other personalization, like stone/brick on the front of the Rustico or wording on the Napoli. The final payment will be needed prior to shipping and you will receive progress photos along the way by email or text messaging.
