How to Clean your Faceplate on your Napoli or Vesuvio Oven

Wondering how to clean your stainless steel face plate?  Here is our recommendation.

1. While the face late is cool, spray it with degreaser.
2. Use a paper towel or soft cloth.
3. Wipe side to side only, along the grain of the stainless, and gently.
3. After all of the degreaser and dirt is removed, spray the stainless with Stainless Steel Spray Polish, again wiping with the grain.

Note: For stubborn smoke stains, spray the degreaser and gently wipe with the grain using a light gray 3M pad.
