Wondering how to clean your faceplate? The stainless steel front on your Napoli or Vesuvio oven?  Here is our recommendation.

1. While the faceplate is cool, spray it with degreaser.

2. Use a paper towel or soft cloth.
3. Wipe side to side only, along the grain of the stainless, and gently.
3. After all of the degreaser and dirt is removed, spray the stainless with Stainless Steel Spray Polish, again wiping with the grain.

Note: For stubborn smoke stains, spray the degreaser and gently wipe with the grain using a light gray 3M pad.

Once you know how to clean your faceplate and you do it regularly, your oven will shine like new every day.
